I did a very healthy thing today... took some measurements while going through the book Protein Power and found out my 'ideal' weight. And I found out that I'm smack in the middle of that range. Whaddya know? Apparently I don't need to lose weight at all... hello, plateau... but merely burn some of the fat and build more muscle. This did wonders for my self image!!!
I am so proud of my little sis! You inspire me...in more ways than one :)
